4.    Change Fee

    •    Fee charged if any changes need to be made on your booking.

    •    Fee charged if clients decided to change the destination in the middle of the planning                stage.

    •    Fee will be Non-Refundable if not booked with Intimate Travel, LLC.

    •    Fee will be $25 for two adults. $50 for four adults and so on.

    •    Fee can be paid by invoice, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. 

 

    5.    Ticketing

    •    Fee charged before services have been rendered.

    •    Fee charged for booking flights.

    •    Fee will be Non-Refundable if not booked with Intimate Travel, LLC.

    •    Fee will be $25 for domestic and $50 for international.

    •   Fee can be paid by invoice, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. 

 

    6.    Membership

    •    Fee charged before services have been rendered 

    •    Fee charged for concierge service.

    •    Clients will be able to plan 20 vacations or trips in a year.

    •    Client will receive a free upgrade when available and additional services. 

    •    Fee will take the place of all the above transaction fees. 

    •    Fee will be Non-Refundable if not booked with Intimate Travel, LLC

    •    Fee will be charged annually from $1000-$2000.

    •    Fee can be paid by invoice, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
